# List Entries Value Changes

Includes the history of changes to list-specific field values, scoped to the list entry the change was made on. Only fields with change tracking enabled record changes. Changes to global fields are in persons\_value\_changes, companies\_value\_changes, and opportunities\_value\_changes. The entity a change is on is reached through list\_entries\_persons, list\_entries\_companies, and list\_entries\_opportunities. Field metadata is in the fields\_metadata table (join field\_id to fields\_metadata.id).

## Columns

| Column | Description |
| - | - |
| `id` | The field value change's unique identifier |
| `field_id` | The ID of the field whose value changed (join to fields\_metadata.id) |
| `list_entry_id` | The ID of the list entry the change is scoped to |
| `changer_id` | The person ID of the user that made the change (null for system-generated changes or when the user has been deleted) |
| `changed_at` | The date that the change was recorded |
| `action_type` | The type of change (add, update, or delete) |
| `value` | New value for add/update changes, or the removed value for delete changes, as a one-entry JSON object keyed by field\_id, like a custom\_fields entry. Person, company, and dropdown values are the referenced ID. Interpret with fields\_metadata.value\_type |
| `value_display` | Display text snapshot captured at change time for person, company, and dropdown values (person name, company name, or dropdown option text): null for other value types |
| `is_deleted` | Whether the field value change has been deleted |
| `last_updated_at` | Timestamp when this record was last updated |
